“Clean, friendly. My only issue is the length of time they hold my card with deposit pending. I was told it would be refunded when we checked out. Fifth day still on hold. Room Rate was 149.69, still holding 179.69. As a Choice Privileges member this is unacceptable.”

“Our king room on 3rd floor was wonderful. Yes, it shows some wear but the accommodations were great. The breakfast had yummy options and the attendant was on task for cleaning tables, and keeping the food hot and ready. The lobby was inviting and both check in and out staff were gracious and gave eye contact and smiles (I like that). The staff cleaning rooms as we left were also kind and smiley as we passed in the hallways.”
